Desert Diamond Industries arranges shipping to almost any area on the planet. Please call 1.800.654.5890 if you wish to make special arrangements for shipping other then expressed herein.
US and Canadian Shipping
All shippings costs are calculated using location being shipped to, the weight of the product, and the shipping terms chosen (i.e. Ground, Next Day Air, 2 Day, 3 day, international ).
Note: If you require "same day rushed processing" please contact us at 1.800.654.5890 to ensure that your package can meet the shipping dead line requested. (see below for standard shipping methods)
Standard Ground Shipping - Delivery based on destination
- Orders placed after 1pm PST will not be processed until the following "business day"
- Delivery will be 1 to 5 "business days" from the date the order is processed. (weekends and national holidays are not counted business days)
- Shipping Agency: UPS Military Army Post Office (APO) and/or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses may exceed standard shipping times.
Next Day Air - Delivery typically by 10:30 Am
- Orders placed after 1pm PST will not be processed until the following "business day"
- Delivery will be 1 "business day" from the date the order is processed. (weekends and national holidays are not counted business days)
- Shipping Agency: UPS
- Military Army Post Office (APO) and/or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses may exceed standard shipping times.
Next Day Air Saver - Delivery typically by 3:00 PM
- Orders placed after 1pm PST will not be processed until the following "business day"
- Delivery will be 1 "business day" from the date the order is processed. (weekends and national holidays are not counted business days)

Next Day Air Early AM - Delivery as early as 8AM

2 Day Shipping - Delivery typically by end of day

3 day shipping - Delivery typically by end of day

UPS Standard Ground

Duties and Taxes
Please contact a brokerage office in your area if you need more information regarding duties and taxes on international orders.
All orders from Canadian clients are shipped UPS Standard Ground. If you wish we can use a broker of your choice to handle customs or you can allow ups to act as the broker.
International Orders not including Canada are shipped using NEX Freight. All customs, duites, local taxes and tariffs are to be paid by the client and are not the responsibility of Desert Diamond Industries, including charges from local couriers.
